This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations to help you understand your options if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you're not satisfied with your course purchase, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
Digital Courses
For our digital courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
- You have not downloaded all course materials
- You can provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course
Live Workshops & Webinars
For live workshops and webinars:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event are not eligible for a refund
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds for the current billing period are not provided after the first 7 days
- Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion if cancelled within the first 30 days
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Individual coaching or consulting sessions that have already been conducted
- Customized financial planning services
- Digital downloads after the content has been accessed
- Bundle packages where a significant portion of the content has been accessed
- Purchases made using promotional or discount codes greater than 40% off
- Bonus materials provided complementary with a course purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at refunds@financelearnacademy.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order number
- Provide the name of the course or service for which you're requesting a refund
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant details or documentation that may support your request
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and we'll notify you of the decision via email.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days to process
- Any applicable taxes will be included in the refunded amount
- Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount
Cancellations by FinanceLearn Academy
In rare circumstances, FinanceLearn Academy may need to cancel a course, workshop, or event. If this occurs:
- You will be notified as soon as possible via email
- You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another course or event
- FinanceLearn Academy is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred as a result of a cancelled event
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that significantly impact your ability to access or complete a course:
- Contact our technical support team at support@financelearnacademy.com as soon as the issue occurs
- Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and document the problem
- If the technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion
- Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of occurrence to be considered for refund eligibility
Course Transfers
If you wish to transfer from one course to another:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase
- You have not completed more than 25% of the original course
- If the new course has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference
- If the new course has a lower price, the difference may be refunded or offered as credit for future purchases
- Course transfers are limited to one per purchase
Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances beyond your control may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
Changes to This Policy
FinanceLearn Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied, please contact our customer service team at service@financelearnacademy.com to appeal the decision. All appeals will be reviewed by a senior manager within 10 business days.
